Lavender is a stalk of lavender flowers, specifically of the type Lavandula latifolia.
Lavender is a rather.. interesting person, to say the least. A mix of parental instincts and weird possessiveness are their main traits, leading them to make others around them uncomfortable often.. and while it's clear that it isn't at all intentional, others have deemed it "not excusable". They're very interested in studying various cultures around the globe, which has led their clothing choices to be a sort of melting pot of mish-mashed styles. It's.. unique.
Their main interest is language-learning, as they study dozens of dead languages and have successfully learned to speak at least two of them.
