Description
Periscope is a titanium periscope taken from a submarine.
Periscope, despite being very calm and quiet most of the time, is very strict and doesn't like when rules get broken. They're the landlord for Petrichor National Park and enforce a very specific set of guidelines, though it's almost justified with how many people live there. Other than his policies about rules, they're generally agreeable.
They're too miserable to have a hobby of any kind.
